Well, I made these last Easter/Spring. So, I need to figure out what my next baking project will be. There are some really cute ideas out there, so I am taking suggestions. Comment on this and then stay tuned.

Tried the new 3 Musketeers Truffle Crisp Bars today. They are not bad! The crunchy layer tastes so good, like a delicious meringue. In fact, I am inspired to make some chocolate chip meringue cookies. Look for updates on www.stacysindulgence.blogspot.com I am Excited!!

I said goodbye to Kevin today. He needed more space and attention than I could give him. An employee at City Pets, a locally owned pet store, was kind enough to take him. She really likes rats, and has a couple at home already. I know I did the right thing, but why does that not make me feel any better? I only had him for a week and a half, but it feels like I gave away a part of me. The apartment seems a little more empty. I think I will go next door and hang out with Lucy. Little doggie kisses are bound to make me feel better.

I am lucky enough to be the Maid of Honor for Cathy and Russ on April 10th. As usual, I am procrastinating. I have not bought my dress yet. This is the one that Cathy really likes. I know that I want to wear blue, but not sure if I want the Marine (on the left) or the Horizon (on the right). So, if anyone has any opinion, let me know. I know there is not much difference, but I want to really & truly be able to wear this dress again. It is beautiful, and it is just one of my choices. I am doing my shopping this weekend and through next week.
This looks so yummy! I found the recipe on www.bakerella.com and am ready to make it. But, I know that I am the only one here to eat it. So, I am going to hold off until I am back in Dayton.

This is Andrea. She is my Munchkin and I love her very much. She will be graduating from Western Michigan University on May 1st and I am so proud of her!! She had a long weekend, so drove down to spend it in Kansas City with me and it was so much fun. We shopped and ate and rescued Kevin. She even convinced me to go out on the town. We headed to Ernie Biggs Piano Bar in Westport.
We spent way too much money, but it was so much fun. She even taught me to crochet and I have a small project going. I will post it when it is finished. She made a sleep sack for Kevin to sleep in, and he/she is in it all the time!
